Don't let entertainment become a problem

Online betting and casino gaming can be an enjoyable form of entertainment, but it should always be experienced within limits. At 7j7bd we believe that responsible gaming is an essential part of a healthy and happy life. We are committed to ensuring the mental and financial wellbeing of every player on our platform.

A gambling problem can affect anyone regardless of age, education or financial situation. Often the problem goes unnoticed until it is too late. That is why we ask all our members to regularly review their gaming habits. Taking action in time makes it possible to overcome this problem.

Our responsible gaming policy ensures that every responsible player at 7j7bd has access to a safe and fair environment. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, please use the tools listed below or contact us.

Common FAQs

Frequently asked questions about responsible gaming

Log in to your 7j7bd account and go to the "Responsible Gaming" option in your profile settings. From there, set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. For any issues, reach out to our 24/7 live chat support.

Once self-exclusion is activated, your account will be completely deactivated for the chosen period and you will not be able to log in. No promotional emails will be sent during the exclusion period either. Reactivation before the period ends is not possible. For permanent exclusion, please contact our support team.

Anyone registering at 7j7bd must be at least 21 years old. Age is verified at the time of registration using national ID or passport details. If there is any doubt about a member's age, additional documents may be requested for further verification. If there is reason to suspect that someone under 21 is using an account, that account will be suspended immediately.

If you feel that a family member or friend is experiencing a gaming problem, start by speaking with them with empathy and understanding. Encourage them to seek professional help. You can also contact us through our support email or live chat to report the account in question. We will assess the situation and take the necessary steps.

In the interest of responsible gaming, once a deposit limit has been reduced, a 72-hour cooling-off period applies before it can be increased again. This gives you time to consider whether you truly need to raise the limit. This rule is in place to protect players from making decisions in the heat of the moment.

A temporary time-out or a reduced limit cannot be cancelled or changed while it is in effect. After a self-exclusion period ends, you will need to contact our support team to reactivate your account, and an additional cooling-off period will apply at that point. Permanent exclusion is completely irreversible.
